What was the highlight of Mariana Hotel

It was a pleasant stay and I enjoyed the stay

The staff were coperative and helpful and rooms were good and spacious. WiFi was good and the hotel is in a very good place where we can get easy access to transport

The only problem was with bathroom which was very small need to check on wash rooom

It's the worst hotel I have ever booked. Booking.com should not use such hotels on it's websites

The bed and location of hotel

The hotel rooms are very dirty we had to change from one room to another but all the same. Rooms had no towels and it took more than 3 hrs to get towels. The receptionist and staffs are very rude and no customer care. And when we got the towels they had holes but in the first time the person on phone told us to use bedsheets as we wait for towels.

The quadruple room picture on the internet and the real room...

The quadruple room picture on the internet and the real room are just opposite. The room was very crampy, very small room. No value for money at all.... I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone....in fact on day one we had a extremely small room, lots of smell and horrible stay..... but one supervisor Ms.Priya helped us change the room which was little better

everything. the picture and the reality are totally different, we found mold in our room and bathroom, the personnel are not professional at all, they tried to rip us off several times. i will never get back to that hotel anymore

The location was great.

The location was great. It’s close to all the markets and walking distance to public transport

There was cockroaches in the bathroom always, the beds and pillows were hard and room always had a bad stench every time we entered the room.

Disappointing

The location of the hotel. Close to everything.

It was very dirty with a lot of cocroaches. The bathroom was moldly and dirty. The toilet was dirty and smelly. We had to by our own toilet fresher so we could make it smell more bearable for our time spent there. I think the staff is overworked. I think there is only one guy who cleans all the rooms by himself and i think he is overworked. I see him everyday from morning until past 11pm at night. I think the hotel should get more staff to help the poor guy ckean the rooms.

Completely Ruined.

In Short - It was a complete Sham. The hotel was nothing like it was advertise. My whole holiday was ruined. I have attached real photos. Please ensure other travellers are not trapped by the Touched up photos on Booking.com

It was an utter disaster to stay there. The Room was Dirty like hell. The whole Hotel smelled like Rotton Food. The photos on Booking.com are completely misleading. It promises what it is not. Even the the receptionist said that the Photos on Booking.com are "touched" and they do not represent the quality of the room. Seriously, Booking.com should remove this hotel from its listing. I have also taken photos to prove the REALISTIC picture of the hotel and will upload it.

We regret to stay there and we tried to change the place but been told that money is booked online

Location was near to old Dubai place

It was a dirty room there was no windows but they hang curtains to fool customers. The room was full of cockroaches and most of the beds broken, the mattress was dirty. The bath was not clean

First room was terrible but second room was ok

It was close to the metro station, shopping, and food areas.

The first room that we got had bugs everywhere, the door wouldn’t close all the way, and many of the furniture was broken down. They didn’t provide a safe, AC didn’t work right.

Very bad experience with hotel , no value for money.

Location

Very dirty rooms and smelly toilets, cocroches moving around the room,very old dust bins, unclean beddings and floors, I don’t care attitude of staff, Refusal to change my family to clean rooms , refusal to refund my money for 1night for 2 rooms we didn’t sleep in the rooms, poor communication of staff, rooms to one of the rooms for children could not lock. We asked for children room near my room but this was in vain felt very disappointed and no one could listen to me . Imagine after booking.com had taken all lots of our money with strong conditions for such very very poor services and poor interpersonal skill of staff with poor attitude towards clients. They kept referring me to bookings.com that they are the ones I paid too telling me why I didn’t come to them directly. Really??????????
