What was the highlight of Mariana Hotel
It was a pleasant stay and I enjoyed the stay
The staff were coperative and helpful and rooms were good and spacious. WiFi was good and the hotel is in a very good place where we can get easy access to transport
The only problem was with bathroom which was very small need to check on wash rooom

It's the worst hotel I have ever booked. Booking.com should not use such hotels on it's websites
The bed and location of hotel
The hotel rooms are very dirty we had to change from one room to another but all the same. Rooms had no towels and it took more than 3 hrs to get towels. The receptionist and staffs are very rude and no customer care. And when we got the towels they had holes but in the first time the person on phone told us to use bedsheets as we wait for towels.

First room was terrible but second room was ok
It was close to the metro station, shopping, and food areas.
The first room that we got had bugs everywhere, the door wouldn’t close all the way, and many of the furniture was broken down. They didn’t provide a safe, AC didn’t work right.

Completely Ruined.
In Short - It was a complete Sham. The hotel was nothing like it was advertise. My whole holiday was ruined. I have attached real photos. Please ensure other travellers are not trapped by the Touched up photos on Booking.com
It was an utter disaster to stay there. The Room was Dirty like hell. The whole Hotel smelled like Rotton Food. The photos on Booking.com are completely misleading. It promises what it is not. Even the the receptionist said that the Photos on Booking.com are "touched" and they do not represent the quality of the room. Seriously, Booking.com should remove this hotel from its listing. I have also taken photos to prove the REALISTIC picture of the hotel and will upload it.
