What was the highlight of Mariana Hotel
It was a pleasant stay and I enjoyed the stay
The staff were coperative and helpful and rooms were good and spacious. WiFi was good and the hotel is in a very good place where we can get easy access to transport
The only problem was with bathroom which was very small need to check on wash rooom

Disappointing
The location of the hotel. Close to everything.
It was very dirty with a lot of cocroaches. The bathroom was moldly and dirty. The toilet was dirty and smelly. We had to by our own toilet fresher so we could make it smell more bearable for our time spent there. I think the staff is overworked. I think there is only one guy who cleans all the rooms by himself and i think he is overworked. I see him everyday from morning until past 11pm at night. I think the hotel should get more staff to help the poor guy ckean the rooms.

The quadruple room picture on the internet and the real room...
The quadruple room picture on the internet and the real room are just opposite. The room was very crampy, very small room. No value for money at all.... I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone....in fact on day one we had a extremely small room, lots of smell and horrible stay..... but one supervisor Ms.Priya helped us change the room which was little better

terrible,this hotel is nothing close to the description they give
sincerely nothing,
everything. the picture and the reality are totally different, we found mold in our room and bathroom, the personnel are not professional at all, they tried to rip us off several times. i will never get back to that hotel anymore
